13.  Course Description

To study relevant into cultural organizations and Japanese-style human resource management, and acknowledge the characteristic of organization management, cultures, and history of organization management style from the pass through the present. Moreover, to study styles and particular characteristics of Japanese-style human resource management such as lifetime employment, seniority, salary system, welfares, salary increase, promotions, include studying vocabularies involved with organization and human resource management.

                                    Describe the definition of human resource management and understand its function relevant to human resources in the organization.

1.      Distinguish internal-external processes between recruitment and employee selection and apply for organization properly.

2.      Apply and develop preferment appraisals method. 

3.      Able to describe the compensation procedure, welfare and benefits of employees. 

4.      Apply and aware of good service managements and working discipline.

5.      Utilize knowledge of Safety management in the organization.
